- To function as the Business Manager for the Hotel, to ensure that Food & Beverage operates successfully, in accordance with the standards of the hotel and are profitable.
- To ensure that the hotel activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy.
- To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
- To monitor all operations, especially during peak business periods.
To make sure that delivery of Purposeful Service and the Hyatt Place Brand Standards are implemented.
