Uraian Tugas

POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

 You shall report directly to the Factory General Manager and Senior HR&GA Manager of Regional HR. As generalist, you shall lead the team to manage all HRGA functions and Industrial Relation to achieve company goals.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Develop and drive HRGA Key Performance Indicators
  • HRGA budgeting and control
  • Develop Succession Planning and Manpower Planning with other Functional HOD
  • Manage and control Recruitment process and timeline.
  • Payroll administrator
  • Manage and control Company Policies, procedures, instruction, forms and documents. Promote understanding within the organization, across the company operations and alignment with regional HR, including socialization, answer employee questions, claim resolution, and maintain related aligned HR systems.
  • Manage and control Compensation and Benefit and Retention, ensure promotion, demotion, mutation, and transfer are done accordance to company policy.
  • Handling Industrial Relation matters (employment agreements, counselling, manage disciplinary action, termination, dispute, grievances).
  • Handling Performance Management review both for employment confirmation and periodic appraisal and support the performance review process for others department (providing employees and managers with information about the process, policies, job duties)
  • Manage Training and Development (Setup Annual Training program, Training Program Implementation and Evaluation, and Coaching)
  • Manage and control HRIS System input and process accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with HSE to create safe working environment.
  • Liaise with Legal Counsel for Corporate License and Permit
  • Supervise and control HRGA staff job and responsibility to run properly and on time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology or other related fields 
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing environment 
  • Good leadership skills with 3+ years of prior experience as HRGA manager in a manufacturing environment (tobacco or FMCG is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Have Capability to Manage Internal & External Stakeholders.

OTHERS:

  • Work in Malang and travelling if necessary.
  • Willing to do ad hoc assignment.
