Assistant Manager Operation (Manufacturing)

Our client is a manufacturing company located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for Assistant Manager Operation with job description and qualification as below:

Job Description:

• Support Factory Operations to the approved level of operations 
• Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by GM Operations
• Monitor the quality of services or products delivered, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in factory 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, including supply chain management, logistics, and quality control.
• Willing to work in Kendal 
• Speak English
