QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Supervisor (SPV) position in the same field.
- Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and team management (leadership) skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure they are fulfilled according to the specified quantity and dates.
- Assisting in finding solutions and alternatives in case of out-of-stock items or delivery constraints.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and outlet teams to ensure that delivered items meet the standards.
- Following up on complaints and coordinating directly with users and vendors to achieve agreed-upon results according to established standards.
- Coordinating with the finance department for supplier payment processes within the set timeframe.
- Negotiating prices for routine daily (weekly) items and other items (in case of price increases or quantity usage increases).
- Updating raw material prices in the negotiated and approved system.
- Creating approval form submissions for price increases and alternative item change forms for out-of-stock item substitutions.
- Updating cost control regarding item changes to ensure updated item costs.
- Reviewing potential long-term cooperation suppliers based on product quality, price suitability, and delivery accuracy.
- Reviewing the procurement of new items for promotions or new menus.
- Generating monthly reports
