Assistant Merchandiser (Garment)

Qualifications & experience

• Having an experience in Garment Industry is a huge plus.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal.
• Having 1-2 years of work experience in business controller or cost controller at garment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, graduated from IGTC/Textile School will be advantage.
• Age maximal 30 years old
• Skill in fabrication /Garment, fabric sourcing.
• Collaborate with the internal team to create and execute production plans for fashion products, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to monitor the production process, address any issues, and ensure that production schedules are met
• Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines.
• Active and have good communication.
• Critical & Analytical thinking skills would be an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta as soon as possible.

Job Description:

• Supporting the Merchandiser Manager in the trading of allocations
• Managing the logistics process including booking deliveries into the warehouse, liaising with suppliers to ensure a smooth delivery process, and managing warehouse queries
• Coordinate with relevant team.
