We are seeking to employ an Assistant of Campus Manager. Office hours: Monday - Friday with a competitive salary and benefits package
We ask that you:
- have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in majoring civil engineering or industrial engineering or architecture.
- have a minimum of two years of experience in the engineering/project
- proficient in English, both spoken and written
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet.
- familiarity with using Autocad / 3D program is preferred
- have integrity, loyal and honest
- enthusiastic/passionate and innovative
- highly motivated, hard-working, quick to adapt
- work in an organized, professional way
Additional selection criteria include:
- understand project management
- strong leadership and administration skills
- able to work in a team or independently in a multi-cultural work atmosphere
- have empathy, can work across departments
- able to work well and stay focused under heavy workloads to meet certain deadlines
- have responsible two-way communication skills
Position Summary
Support the duties and responsibilities of Campus Manager in technical and administrative matters for all onsite tasks, so as to provide the highest work quality and do so in complete confidentiality.
