Uraian Tugas

Operations Manager Assistant

Operations assistants work withmanagers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks arecompleted and that the business functions efficiently. Operations assistantscan make phone calls, provide customer support, and complete paperwork. Besidethat the Operations Manager Assistant will be responsible to maintain multiplevenues daily organizational run and also doing a routine visit to the venues toensure all the operational things running smooth or as per management requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
  • Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Requirements and skills

  • Atleast have 3 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in thehospitality or events industry.
  • Familiaritywith managing multiple venues simultaneously is a plus.
  • Leadershipexperience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Arelevant certificate may be required.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Superborganizational skills.
  • Outstandinginterpersonal skills.
  • Awillingness to learn.
  • Have anability adapted to changing circumstances. 
  • Have astrong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel andPowerPoint.
  • Haveexpertise or be familiar with Data entry such as sales records or employeeperformance reviews.
  • Familiaritywith relevant technologies, including point-of-sale systems, schedulingsoftware, and other operational tools.
  • Basicfinancial understanding to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute tooverall profitability. 
  • Applicantsfor this position should be able to relocate/live in Bali.
