Key Responsibility
- Support activities related to lean implementation and the management of improvement programs to enhance the quality of products/services provided by the company.
- Assist departments/sectors in resolving issues, identifying and eliminating barriers and obstacles, acting as a facilitator for behavioral changes, and assimilating best practices.
- Support superiors in assessing the effectiveness of modifications and/or corrections to implemented procedures.
- Identify and document business analysis and gaps in workflows.
- Support superiors in making recommendations for changes, involving process redesign and business case development to decrease manufacturing costs through the initiation of Lean methodologies.
- Provide reports to superiors, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources at the lowest cost.
- Assist superiors in ensuring ongoing training, development, and implementation of team members for a productive work environment.
- Proactively engage in developing measurement systems that support lean manufacturing concepts/philosophy.
- Focus on lean implementation on a monthly basis, encompassing required programs such as 5S, KAIZEN, and more.
- Proactively concentrate on value stream mapping activities and other lean manufacturing processes.
- Execute lean training and implementation processes.
- Participate as a lean auditor to guarantee implementation, sustainability, and recordability.
- Coordinate with the global team to organize training and make final alignments as per departmental requirements.
- Ensure the monthly achievement of KPIs designated for the department.
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Diploma IV in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role/Lean process.
- Very well-versed in manufacturing experience and knowledge in both production and quality-related processes with basic standards.
- Fluent in/understands organization-related tools and processes.
- Familiarity or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Editor.
- Fluent in business English for both written and spoken communication.
