Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and design systems that increase productivity by improving integration of people, machinery, material, and finance.
- Assess the equipment and techniques used in production processes to further improve efficiency.
- Implement server and more efficient processes using new, existing, or modified machinery and equipment.
- Introduce or recommend changes to work methods and labor organization.
- Determine time taken for tasks or production stage and set performance standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Having 2 years working experience in a related field.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and computer literate.
- Practical, creative, and good initiative.
- Able to work independently.
- Aptitude for technical activities.
