Uraian Tugas
Job Description:- Leading production teams and assigning tasks to ensure smooth workflow and highly efficient operations
- Selecting and developing SOPs to elevate efficiency, productivity, safety, and the company's culture
- Coordinating with QC and mechanical teams to guarantee output quality
- Developing interdepartmental coordination and team spirit
- Preparing various reports and undergoing occasional project
Requirements:- BA/BS in any field; preferably Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration/ Management/ MIS/ HR/ Psychology
- 2+ years' experience in related field
- Fluent in English
- Super leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent health condition, fit, and able to move easily among departments
- Computer MS Office & ERP literacy
- Able to lead a team to plan/ coordinate order satisfaction and meet KPIs
- Clever, highly motivated, and with a high sense of initiative and loyalty
- Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data
- Proactive team player with no competitiveness and a desire to learn, help, and support
- Very positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ready to be placed in Karanganyar, Central Java
