Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years as IT Project Management role in Banking/Fintech Companies
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Have a experience in Infrastructure / Application Project (Both is a plus)
- Great written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English is a plus
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile Project Management Methodology within fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate Problem solving skills and able to work effectively under time pressure with various cross functional teams
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of hardware installations & configuration, network, software and application development
Scope of Work:
- Collaborate with Project Manager and other IT teams, Operation, Business and External Parties to support and deliver end to end project implementation tasks and ensure project delivery on time within project budget and scope
- Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting necessary forms
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Organize and track all project documents
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
