Assistant Relationship Manager For Batam Branch Office

Objective Implementation of financing distribution in the form of working capital and investment to the UKMK segment (small, medium, and commercial businesses) and providing information to the head office regarding corporate financing, guarantees, insurance, and trade finance effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collect documents and seek fulfillment of data completeness in supporting analysis and risk assessment of various aspects of the UKMK segment of financing, corporations, guarantees, and insurance with business risk analysis units.
• Input scoring data and ratings (if any) (candidate) debtor.
• Prepare data and information in monitoring activities of UKM, corporations, guarantee and insurance business activities, fulfillment of obligations and requirements, including taking preventive measures in terms of decreasing debtors' performance/business activities.
• Prepare data and information supporting the implementation of financing collectability assessment and analysis of objective evidence of financing and maintenance of collectability with the Business Risk Analysis Unit.
• Perform an orderly administrative department in accordance with the applicable internal and external provisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate from any reputable University. Post-graduation will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions
• Very good analysis, interpersonal, and communication skills to work with the team and different stakeholders;
• Hold Risk Management Certification Level 1 (will be an added advantage)
