Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager (Jogja City Mall, DI Yogyakarta)
Responsible for planning and driving the store's retail operations so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, optimum stocking, an increase in business growth and customer service, and maintaining the desired visual merchandising and retail operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maximize productivity targets (sales per square foot, ATV, conversion, etc.). 
• Implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the territory head and concept head.
• Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices. 
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks and implementing corrective action to be taken. 
• Assist the area retail manager in grievance handling and disciplinary actions. 

Requirements : 

• Having 3 years as Store manager or 5 years as Assistant Store Manager
• Experienced in retail fashions industries 
• Advanced knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and inventory processes. 
• Having leadership skills to lead the store team, managing conflict, being able to cope with store challenges, and having mature behavior. 
• I am able to speak English, both orally and in writing.
