Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Supply Chain functions to support Business Unit growth, operational efficiencies and service standards
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Coordinate Supply Chain Management activities to support client and customer solutions
- Coordinate and prepare periodical reporting on inventory holding against order fulfillment
- Coordinate and prepare periodical reporting to measure the service level and progress against inventory KPIs
- Collect and analyze data to identify performance deficiencies and determine root causes
- Recommend any possible improvements or process enhancements within the area of responsibility
- Gather data/information from relevant functions and provide meaningful analysis for the team
- Build effective business relationships with clients, customers, government agencies and service providers
- Maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Finance, Product Management, etc.)
- Demonstrate working understanding of Supply Chain Management
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems (ideally SAP)
- Demonstrate knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processing
- Demonstrate basic understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and logistics solution design
- Demonstrate basic experience in cost control and productivity improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Diploma/certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
