Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting and translating spoken communications or related document from Mandarin to Indonesian and Indonesia to Mandarin.
  • Ensuring accuracy and clarity in interpreting language.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive's to teams or Clients ​​to facilitate communication.
  • Doing research in Digital Technology industry to up-to-date with trends and language changes.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage workloads effectively.
  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
  • Assist in compiling various reports and discussion materials for the executive's use in meetings on a timely basis.
  • Render efficient support to MD in day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel
  • Planning events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to travel
  • Min. HSK 5 in Chinese language / Mandarin
  • Able to start immediatelystart immediately
