Assistant to Director

 Job description  

• Assisting the director with operational and reporting duties  
• To make detailed analysis on the reports    
• Liaising with internal departments, managing meeting and appointment arrangements  
• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director
• To have meeting with guest and clients on behalf of the director  
• Handling confidential documents, keeping them safe and secure
• Observing best business practices and etiquette  
• Able to work discreetly and maintain the highest standard of confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information 
• Provide general assistance and support any ad-hoc task that Director needs

Job requirement  

• Male/Female Maximum 35 years old  
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Secretary to Director / Assistant to Director
• Proficient in creating documents and spreadsheets ( Formula and Pivot Table )  
• Fluent in English and mandarin both oral and written is a must  
• Having good interpersonal and communication skill  
• Fashionable and knows how to dress well and clean everyday.
• Must have a deep interest in fashion and retail industry  
• Able to work under pressure in certain situations and detail oriented  
• Must able to travel locally and overseas.
