Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in all majors; with GPA >3.00
- Experiences as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary will be point plus.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Respect for confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in time management and adept at task prioritization.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances, embracing novel challenges and willing to learn.
- Fluent in english ; written & spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office : intermediate to advance level.
