AlamatRequirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a senior finance and accounting role for a minimum of 4 (four) years is mandatory.
- Strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Significant experience in strategic planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity with the operational aspects of industries of FMCG will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assist the COO to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting COO to develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's overall objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the Company’s financial health.
- Assist COO to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational processes with organizational goals
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for informed decision-making.
