Requirement :

• Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 years of sales or freight forwarding experience

• Strong analytical skills with a systematic problem-solving approach
• Proven track record of building scalable, repeatable processes

Job Descriptions :

• Communicate international and freight forwarding best practices and apply them to our sales training
• Work with marketing and sales management to improve our customer acquisition, penetration and retention efforts
• Create a strategic business plan to grow and lead the market business in east Java
• Design, develop and execute customer and supplier strategies to improve sales and operational productivity
• Provide guidance and support to all team members regarding freight forwarding sales, standardized procedures and systems 
• Review, develop and continuously improve SOPs 
• Oversee global trade compliance
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements
• Work with IT to identify and develop technology enhancements 
• will have the greatest impact to lead the Global sales
