ASSITANT COMMERCIAL

Requirements

  • Possess a degree or diploma Naval Architectures, Marine engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position at shipyard
  • Negotiation skills, financial knowledge.
  • Able to survey projects in the field
  • Technical knowledge of ship building process, repair and vessel specification.
  • Understanding of Commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ability to communicate/write in English and Indonesian language
  • Excellent communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in Batam.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Quotation & cost estimation.
  • Monitor and ensure the scopes of works are based on Commercial term offered during project.
  • Liaise with other internal department and with customers to ensure that the material or requirement meet with the specification and quotation.
  • calculations on ship repair materials
  • Attend customer's complaints and resolve conflict on contractual matters with customers. Quote for work prices & invoice customers
