Assitant- Technical (Garment Manufacture)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is advantage (work in sample room).
• Can or used to work under pressure.
• Advance in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Have stitching skill is advantage. 
• Willing work under shift.

Job Description:

• Responsibility towards QCO and achievements in CO.
• Ensure the required output is achieved within the stipulated time frame as per the accepted standards.
• Conduct a random check on garments during the bulk production process to ensure achievement of the required quality standards of the end product.
• Attend relevant meetings such as Pre-production, Start-up etc. and provide technical advice in order to ensure all technical concerns are addressed ina timely and effective manner at the pre-production stage.
• Identify, Coach and develop the team to support soft skill and technical skill development.
• Identify operations for the improvement of the relevant operations & process.
• Engage in the production planning process for all styles.
• Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
