Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Associate Hotel Trainer. The Associate Hotel Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions for hotel staff on a wide variety of topics including customer service, safety protocols, and hospitality industry trends. The role is a mix of on-site and remote work, with the majority of the time spent at the company's location in Bandung.
Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel management
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging training materials and presentations
• Knowledge of customer service, safety protocols, and hospitality industry trends
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other presentation software
  

Relevant certifications or experiences such as GM of Hotel, Head of Department of Hotel, or have been certified as CHBA, CHMA or CFSA condunted by HCI Hospitality or Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) or Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) would be beneficial.
