Associate Lawyer

Job Descriptions:

• Drafting and reviewing Agreement
• Preparing and presence report to partner on the task and its progress from time to time
• Legal opinion, law suit, Due diligence, demand letter
• Coordinate with Governments Institution
• Intellectual property rights application
• Translating documents
• Identifying new regulatory issues
• Negotiate
• Litigation and Non-Litigation

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Obtained Advocate License (KTPA)
• Candidate must possess at a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Master’s degree in Law from reputable university in Indonesia or overseas
• Graduated from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• 3 years of experience in Law Firm is required
• Strong leadership
• Proficient in English is a must (both oral and written)
• Proficient in Ms. Office (word, excel, power point, etc)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
• High integrity, honest, committed and responsible
• Proactive and initiative
• Being able to work under pressure and overtime
• Willing to work at Gajah Mada, West Jakarta
