AlamatAn Associate Transfer Pricing position involves conducting financial analysis, industry analysis, as well as economic analysis to set the arm's length price/margin between related companies, ensuring TP compliance with local regulations. This role requires maintaining detailed documentation to support pricing strategies and collaborating with team members to develop and implement Transfer Pricing policies. It's essential for minimizing tax risks and adhering to the arm's length principle in intercompany transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting or Fiscal Administration with a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Having 1 year hands-on experience from a reputable Tax Consulting Firm in Transfer Pricing would be an advantage.
- Good team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly both speaking and writing in English.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Transfer Pricing assignments, e.g. drafting reports, preparing documents for dispute cases, managing portfolio of TP compliance clients.
- Assist with TP documentation preparation, related party transactions form and TP planning reports.
- Conduct analysis with applicable research databases, Transfer Pricing resources, general internet resources to collect and interpret relevant research and comparable data.
- Involved with other tax matters.
