Job Purpose

Our Personal Care HR team is embarking on an exciting journey as we are partnering the biggest business unit in Unilever Indonesia in its transformation journey to be a future-fit, high performing, and purposeful organization. You will get an opportunity of doing end to end experience from planning to deploying initiatives in our core HR pillars: Organization, Talent, Capability, and Culture. Main Responsibilities

You will be assigned to Personal Care Indonesia, partnering with end to end functions within the business unit (Marketing, Digital Media & Commerce, Consumer Insights, Customer Strategy & Planning, Research & Development, Finance) with several key responsibilities as below:

  • Effectively design Personal Care workforce plan to ensure business needs are well-resourced while still delivering people cost target
  • Periodical evaluation of Personal Care organization structure and employees pay review
  • Facilitate Personal Care Leaders for strategic talent management initiatives such as building talent pipeline across levels, key roles & key talent assessment, and resourcing strategy
  • Identify Personal Care capability gap and intervention
  • Land performance culture while building fearless & caring team at heart. We are building a highly caring and highly performing team Candidate Criteria Experience & Qualification
  • Graduated from a bachelor's degree of education at the minimum
  • Prior minimum 3 year work experience as HR in other FMCG company would be an advantage Skill
  • Strong capability on business principles and how business operates
  • Able to translate business ambition into people and organization initiatives
  • Collaboration and communication comes natural for you
  • High tech & high touch HR at heart L eadership
