Audit & Settlement Supervisor - Carlcare

Qualifications :

• Have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Tax, Administration or related field
• Experienced in Audit or Settlement positions, fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome.
• Fluent in English is a MUST
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve transaction issues efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including other technical support specialists, and Operations team.
• Proficiency in documenting troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.

Job Descriptions :

• Supervise daily booking, swap and settlement operations to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
• Review and confirm account balances, handle settlement discrepancies and anomalies.
