What You Will Do 

The position is responsible for:

Supporting industrial manufacturing by troubleshooting and addressing deviations in facility designs and upgrades. Responsible for investigations, resolving technical issues, leading process improvement and performance, qualification and validation activities on machine and equipment design to production conditions.

Key Responsibilities

·    Work with engineers in the design, documentation, and testing of upgrades to current facility design and new facility design layouts, new production and material handling equipment.

·    Conduct extensive business operations analysis, and research business operations benchmark studies.

·    Prepare summary reports of findings. Conducts investigations and studies to troubleshoot manufacturing problems.

·    Lead changes to rectify problems.

·    Work with relevant groups to provide solutions and/or recommendations to implement facility improvements.

·    Assist with change control, equipment startup, and provides technical training. Use detailed knowledge to partner with the training department when new designs are implemented. Ensures usability of training materials.

·    Provide advanced technical support for corrective and preventative measures aimed at improving calibration quality compliance.

·    Manage relationships externally and internally by supplying industrial manufacturing information as required.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring Mechatronic /Electrical / Electronic.

·    Understand and familiar with PLC (Siemen, Rockwell, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider) and electronic components such as transmitter, photo sensor, temperature controller, level control.

·    Have a capability to handle mechanical failure such as minor stoppages and Jam (pump, bearing, pneumatic, belt, pulley, timing gear, gear box).

·    Willing to work under pressure and overtime.

·    Have a strong in managerial and documentation (deviation reports, Change management and formal reports).

·    Familiar work with regional colleagues and good teamwork.

·    Understand and familiar with e-CMMS (electronic- Computerize Maintenance Management System).

·    Have good experience in automation projects.

·    Understand and have experience with SCADA.

Desired Qualifications

·    Experience more than 5 years in pharmaceutical/consumer /OTC site.

·    Have a good communication skill and fluently in English.

·    Understand with safety regulation such as category 3 machine safety (PLd)- ISO13849-1&2:2008
