Automation Quotation Engineer

Job Descriptions :

• Commercial and technical proposal preparation for automation engineering projects and customer service
• Check and gather all the needed information
• Evaluation of customer inquiries regarding technical specifications and project requirements
• Preparation of detailed offer documents including technical specifications, prices and commercial conditions
• Close collaboration with the sales, process engineering, project engineering, shipping and finance departments
• Improving the offer processes and ensuring the quality of the offers

Required Qualifications :

• Completed technical training or graduated from engineering major (mechatronics, electrical, industrial,etc.)
• Has professional experience in the field of plant engineering or minimum 1-2 years in a comparable position
• Fluent in english
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of SAP and CRM
• Team player mentality
• Highly sense of ownership
• Communicative personality with high customer and service orientation
• Accurate, structured and independent way of working
• Solution and result oriented
• Eager to learn
• Like administration and repetitious work
