AVP Product - Banking services

AVP Product Banking Services is responsible for driving leads gen for banking product services, open API integration related to payment, and ensuring alignment with strategic partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, marketing) to define the product vision, identify growth opportunities, manage the product backlog and roadmap, and deliver product with strong focus on customer-centricity. They will be accountable for business KPIs performance and end-to-end delivery. They will be responsible for stakeholder communication and building close relationships with all stakeholders ensure overall strategy, and team's effort are all aligned. Their work will be instrumental to deliver exceptional customer and business results.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L of leads gen Banking services and open API integration related to payment.
• Create comprehensive Banking services product roadmap & execution plan aligning with business needs
• Take charge in cross-functional collaboration for product / project delivery; monitor timeline fulfillment and always seeks to understand stakeholders and business urgency.
• Lead and contribute in user research and market sizing exercise
• Analyze data and pursue growth activities for product/feature opportunities
• Guide and lead the plan and execution of the development squad; grow and evaluate the development squad team. Own, maintain the backlog and prioritize the day-to-day work of the team based on the given targets and KPIs
• Implement large-scale product improvement and initiatives leveraging data, research and design.

Requirements

• Minimum experience 8 years professional career (min. 4 years in product management or growth/strategy team
• Managing Banking services on topic of user acquisition and payment integration).
• Ideally, this candidate had experience in generating 100k users in 1 year period retain majority of the users.
• Extensive experience in product development end to end and handling business with heavy regulatory compliance.
• Data driven mindset; comfortable in producing analysis & recommendation based on data.
• Passionate in research and design; comfortable to do research directly to users and exploring various design approach
