Uraian Tugas

Job Description

This position will be responsible for managing team in terms of generating leads that includes qualifying leads, retaining and expanding existing relationships, and following up inquiries from potential leads. Lead team with moderate level of complexity. Be responsible to the team performance achievement and trusted Talent Business partner to clients at function head level.

Duties:

  • Maintain regular conversation with clients to build and develop relationships.
  • Provide Talent Business Solutions (in the scope of talent assessment-development and organizational development) through consultancy approach based on client needs.
  • Dealing with senior management and top leaders from various industries, hence, needs to be able to have good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; and analyze their needs in Talent Assessment and/or Development.
  • Managing prestigious account and grow its business potential
  • Ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Management

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with at least 6-7 years of solid experience in a similar capacity will be highly preferred (having previous working experience as relationship manager or account manager in services industry).
  • Knowledge and exposure in Talent Assessment and Development will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably having working experience in multinational company.
  • Strong negotiation skill and persuasive selling skill.
  • Well-versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Energetic, positive can-do attitude, adept to fast-pace environment.
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills.
