The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success boosting sales in a specific region by expanding distribution channels and working with distributors to implement the national sales strategy.
Job Description
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets for both new and existing customers and distributors, managing financial performance indicators like revenue, profit margin, and cost control. Additionally, monitor sales efficiency through metrics like pipeline strength and conversion rates.
- Develop Distributor Relationships: Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors by understanding their needs, providing product expertise, and negotiating mutually beneficial solutions.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Plan visits and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to retain and expand business.
- Oversee Distributor Operations: Review and plan distributor business aspects like product offerings, pricing, contracts, and credit terms to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative promotional campaigns, and guide customers on marketing opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve territory growth goals, focusing on increasing both revenue and profit.
