We are looking for B2B Support Agent that will help Operation Team to handle any customer complaints and ensure the complaints handle can be resolved based on SLA.

What You’ll do:


  • Receive, handle and resolve Complaints submitted by B2B or Corporate customer
  • Following up feedback, questions, and complaints received from B2B or
  • Corporate customers through all channels to the related unit.
  • Ensure that every complaint can be resolved at the time and based on SLA.
  • Escalating complaint that need to be escalated to the relevant Work Unit
  • Monitor and follow up on case/tickets to related teams
  • Log complaint issues from customer complaints.
  • Handling customer who visit Flip Representative Office


What you'll need:

  • A Bachelor degree from any major, fresh graduates or Min. 6 months or 1-year experience as a customer service.
  • Excellent written, listen, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with administration finance and banking is preferable.
  • Computer literate & skilled navigating through multiple screens.
  • Genuinely care about the customer and want to help them.
  • Punctuality, dependable with a strong work ethic, and fast learner..
  • Self motivated, self disciplined, and self-starter.
  • Able to work offline (WFO) and willing work with shift.
  • Domicile in Jogjakarta Area.
