Back Store Senior Staff (Inventory Controller)

Job Description

• Maintains consistent stock of inventory;
• Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify;
• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made;
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory;
• Assist with periodic (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual) internal physical inventory audits;
• Handling reverse logistic and return
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirement :

• Minimum 3 years experience on warehouse administrator, inventory keeper, or similar role.
• Proficiency with supply chain concepts, practise and procedures. Working knowledge of top tier WMS (Warehouse Management System). 
• Excellent organizational and time-management. (the most important skills).
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with computerized inventory system required.
• Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must. Technology industry related major should be preferred.
