Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Consultant. As a Bancassurance Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good business relationships with bank clients to provide consultation on protection planning and clients' financial goals. Creating productive, synergistic, and effective relationships with all relevant parties of partner banks. Ensuring that all business processes run according to the company's standard procedures. Meeting the performance targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in any major
• Experienced in Life insurance industry or Funding officer bank
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Excellent sales, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ability to analyze and evaluate client needs and provide customized solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Professional certification in insurance or financial planning is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta area
