- Strategizing data-driven decision-making to align our business OKR and drive higher productivity
- Doing initiatives across related stakeholders and measure the impact of every initiative
- Utilizing statistical knowledge to deep dive into complex data sets and draw insights to help the business understand the solutions
- Proactively address challenges, create and monitor performance metrics to convey insights to stakeholders
- Managing both a small team and cross-functional projects with our sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and BD teams to improve the merchant experience and achieve targets
- Engage DA/BI to create dashboards that help with manual work and regular reporting
- Pick up and run ad-hoc analysis independently
- Lead communications across teams within BU to ensure a common understanding of business and operational metrics
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Finance/Industrial Engineering- A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Fresh Grad or max 1 yr experience
- Leadership or internship experience from the top organization is a must
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
- Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Basic/Intermediate deck design skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Interest in Mom & Baby/ Home & Living category is a plus
