Baru Citiphone Officer

Job Description

Citiphone officer is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in customer related activities and providing resolutions in coordination with the Customer Service team. The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer service support.
Responsibilities:

• Perform basic assignments
• Select appropriate procedure to resolve issues and recognize when to deviate from standard practices
• Navigate computer system and apply knowledge of procedures to perform work processes that support a range of products/services
• Respond to basic service inquiries from Citi clients
• Exchange basic to moderately complex information with others to ensure understanding and provide basic support
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Consistently provide attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to understand client service needs and anticipate issues through engagement
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of the organization

• D3 or bachelor degree
