Job Description
Responsible for exploring, compiling and implementing strategic projects, both new development and improvement on core processes to achieve business goals and digital transformationExplore the digital transformation strategy and provide proposals, designs and output targets for the development of business processes or business automation towards digital transformation
Carry out project management activities to implement the proposed strategies and designs that have been made
Carry out incubation activities on the go live project and ensure that handovers and documentation to business as usual go well
Collaborate with relevant departments in the company to ensure the planned strategy can be implemented properly and can help achieve company goals.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information System, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration or any related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development, project management, business analyst or business relationship manager
Strong analytical skills, logical explanation and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of technologies that are used to digitize acquisition and business process
Able to translate business process into logical flow chart, have experience in creating BRD or User Story is a plus point
Have understanding on digital acquisition and business process will be a plus point
Have understanding or experience in agile will be a plus point
