Description & Requirements
- Prepare the Project EHS Policy- Procedure in line with EHS Objectives/ and Group strategic direction.
- Develop/control assurance program of compliance to EHS Management system.
- Establish project action plan follow-up of process review & Management review
- Establish Action Plan and coordinate with site Supervisor- Respective Engineers and Contractor’s Construction Manager/Site Manager for its implementation.
- Provide a regular overview of the key EHS risk areas and assessments of controls during project
- Coordinate with engineering in reviewing EHS risk during commissioning
- Coordinate with engineering in establishing JSA- HIRADC and Permit to work
- Lead project inspection- meeting and audit program
- Ensure relevant legal records and regulatory affairs are maintained- inspected and well documented and recorded.
- Involve at accident & HiPo incident investigation and ensure corrective action and preventive action taken.
- Raise Non-Conformities (NCR) -Warning Letter to Contractor(s) (if any) and ensure corrective action and preventive action taken.
- Manage Project EHS Document and reporting
Develop & maintain Project EHS Training matrix- EHS Training program- etc.
