A. Administrative Support
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal team in creating purchase orders for related vendors
- Assist on reports creation of planned budget for each Transport Financial Service products
- Recalculate and match invoices with planned budget for each campaign, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Submits accruals, receipts/invoices, and other supporting documents appropriately through P2P process in Oracle System
- Establish a tracker to monitor all administrative process
- Match the marketing spend with budget in marketing management platform such as Allocadia
B. Data management - data submission & storage
- Demonstrate accuracy, eye in detail, and effective management of partner data entry to extranet
- Responsible for data integrity and accuracy of vendors / partners / operators details
- Properly store relevant documents such as partner agreement, sign up form, etc in online & offline forms
C. General Admin Support
- Providing general administrative support for all marketing teams and related programs – this could include proof-reading, program support, vendor acquirement (liaise with Procurement), and other general administration.
- Supporting in any events related to Marketing teams (e.g: participating in assisting organization's events)
Requirements
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Great eye in details, self-driven, love challenges, proactive, escalate to line manager whenever necessary
- Flexible, fast learner, and quickly adapt to the latest guidelines/changes on the policy and procedure
- Good communication skill to work with multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge in digital marketing and social media would be preferred
