About the Role

The Vendor Management Team is a centralized function that is based in Jakarta. In this role, you would be handling the end-to-end process of Vendor onboarding and maintenance. This includes the analysis of documents towards risk mitigation, maximizing potential vendors with regards to the to spend management as this ensures Goto Approved Vendor's are in healthy condition, sustain in supplying product/services and mitigate any risk/problem that may arise and impact the supply chain

What You Will Do

• Handling end to end process of Vendor Onboarding
• Handling end to end process for Vendor Maintenance
• Assisting and guiding vendor on how to complete the registration process
• Reviewing Information and Document related process
• Performing analysis throughout vendor movement that includes spend, commodities and compliances to ensure the eligibility of the vendor aligning with the core business of the
• Monitoring all requests and ensuring all in track
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
• Performing vendor rationalization

What You Will Need

• Min. bachelor’s degree (any subject)
• Fluent in Bahasa and English, both verbally and written
• Ability to provide a report in Excel, PowerPoint and work on dashboards
• Good Analytical Skills
• Ability in document controller and attention to details
• At least 1-year experience in areas of analytics, reporting, and/or control

About the Team

Being centralized means that we serve Goto both locally and internationally. This means we have vendors from many countries with language barriers and untranslated documents in English.
