Key Responsibilities:
- Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
- Promote and sell skincare to customers.
- Build relationships with customers through good customer service.
- Actively involved in Face to Face Sales.
- Actively approach customers offering our promotions, conducting demonstrations of the products explaining the benefits.
- Follow and adhere to company guidelines.
- Achieve Sales Targets set by company.
- Ability to open and close shop.
- Ability to do inventory control daily.
- Produces daily sales reports to manager.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product and skincare based on their preferences.
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Male or Female, max 35 years old.
- At least 7 years of working experience as Retail Sales, Manager Sales in Retail, Sales, skincare beauty Sales, Team Leader Skin Care, cosmetics sales promoter in Skin Care Luxury Brand is required for this position with proven track record.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling and good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates must be goal oriented and have a burning desire to achieve his / her sales goals.
- Must be very professional with customers and always think customer service while pampering every customer with the same level of enthusiasm and accommodation regardless of the circumstances.
- Must be able to work Mall hours 10am to 10 pm, 6 days a week and shifting / long working hour.
- Rolling working location in Surabaya.
- Willing to join in SOONEST.
