General Requirements:- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions and the ability to provide recommendations to guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred but not required.
