BIM Modeller Drafter

Requirements:

1. Position is in Batam. Applicants must be in Batam or willing to relocate to Batam. 
2. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience of basic knowledge in either MEP or Architectural aspect.
3. Relevant Bachelor degree from reputable university (architecture/civil engineer).
4. Proficient in AutoCad.
5. Proficient in Revit (MEP or Architectural).
6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
7. Organized, responsible, good team player, and initiative with positive work attitude.
8. Good project management skills and able to work independently.
9. Have BIM Modelling Certificate will be a plus.
10. Have or willing to obtain an active passport.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for generating drawings required for meetings/discussion/submission
2. Prepare drawings in accordance with Engineering Standards and Format
3. Take responsibility to maintain proper records and filing of drawings in the server for every project in accordance with Engineering Standard Operating Procedures
4. Initiatively liaise with Project Engineers for specifics project details
5. Ensure smooth and on time delivery of drawings as scheduled
6. Initiatively conduct Project Toolbox meetings with project team and able to document all items discussed and assigned actions taken
7. Learn BQ pickup software app and able to support tender team in bidding
8. Able to generate Revit model of individual system
9. Some traveling required to attend necessary meetings in Singapore or Jakarta.
