Alamat1. Responsible for Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Core , VAS and IN network elements within defined SLA’s
2. Responsible for Fault management in terms of coordination among other Back Office teams (Core, VAS and IN)
3. Responsible for Configuration management for Core , VAS and IN network elements and services
4. Responsible for Audit of existing network and suggestion of improvement plans
5. Responsible for managing the Back Office resources to get the effective utilization of resources.
6. Responsible for Leading Coordination with customer and MS internal departments and 3rd Party technical Partner
7. Responsible for supporting Planning by providing Resource, network topology and information
8. Responsible to ensure SLA and KPI achievement as per contractual target
1. Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
2. Able to work well in a fast-changing environment
3. Strong analytical and organization skill
4. Bachelor’s degree majoring Telecommunication, electronic, Information Technology, Computer.
5. Minimum 3 years experience with telecommunication industry
6. Deep knowledge about VAS or In or Roaming network operation and handling process.
7. Good skill for change and configuration
