Bonus Provided | Mandarin Speaking Account Senior Executive @ Batu Pahat, Johor

Job Responsibility

• Working Hours : 8:30AM - 6:01PM ( 5 days per week )
• Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
• Utilize database software to organize financial account information
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
• Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
• Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
• Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
• Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
• Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
  

• Minimum Diploma requirement and 2 years working experience
• With tertiary education in accounting an added advantage
• Working experience in accounting field are welcome
• Good attitude with interest & commitment to perform accounting jobs a MUST
