JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruit, Train, and Supervise Outlet Staff:
- Lead the recruitment process for consultants and therapists, ensuring the team embodies the values and ethos of the outlet.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) knowledge and basic hands-on techniques.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Beauty/Medical Aesthetic/Postpartum Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of beauty/medical aesthetic/postpartum procedures, techniques, and products, staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.
Day-to-Day Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring a seamless workflow and efficient utilization of resources.
- Implement effective scheduling and task delegation to optimize staff productivity and outlet performance.
Sales Leadership and Target Achievement:
- Demonstrate exemplary sales skills and product knowledge to set a benchmark for consultants and therapists.
- Set daily sales targets and guide the team in achieving monthly sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue generation.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and outlet metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, using insights to develop targeted sales promotions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and solutions based on their needs.
Report to the Singapore HQ Team
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Singapore team regarding strategic plans, sales performance, and any relevant outlet developments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- FLUENT ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- At least 5 years experience in sales management within the medical aesthetic/beauty/wellness/spa industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment, adapting quickly to changes and challenges.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budget management, and strategic planning.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
