Location : Martapura.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Maximum age 40 years
• Minimum have Bachelor Degree education in all majors
• Have at least 3 years experience as a Branch Manager in a finance company
• Have high creativity and innovation ideas to support the achievement of targets
• Have good leadership and network
• Have analytical power, thorough, honest, communicative and responsible
• Mastering Ms. Office
• Willing to be placed in all SMSF branches throughout Indonesia

Job Description:

• Develop strategies to achieve company targets
• Supervise and coordinate branch operational activities
• Developing branch operational activities
• Observation of the performance of branch employees
• Provide solutions to problems that exist in branches
