We produce high-quality PVC and HDPE pipes and fittings under the PiPAMAS brand, certified by SNI and JIS to meet the standard requirements for water installations in commercial, industrial, and residential settings in Indonesia."

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our PT. Pipamas Primasajati branch in Cirebon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in material building and manufacturing, demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth in the material building and manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement cost-control measures and optimize operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the material building and manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
