Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Min. 3-5 years in management level
- Preferably: 3 years in the same position in a service company
- Proficiency in English
- Problem solving and analytical ability
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environtment
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standars
- Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills
- Proven history of profit and loss management
Job Description :
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained
- Manager branch budget
- Direct assess lokal market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch
- Ensure safety regulations are adhered to
- Direct warehouse operations. Mantain necessary inventory levels
- Direct accounts receivable activities, ensure collection debt is collected
- Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the division/branch and organization
