Uraian Tugas

Job Description :

  • Processing customer transactions in accordance with SOP.
  • Executing export/import transaction.
  • Implement export/import strategy in accordance to corporate strategy.
  • Prioritize customer's satisfaction by providing good service.
  • Handling transaction of priority customer/transaction for service excellent.
  • Daily transaction completed accurately.
  • Updating customer's data or information by input the changes into banking systems.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • Having an experience in Banking Industry at least 2 years in the same position / Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Having a good knowledge in Credit Export & Import and Frontliner.
  • Have good analytical thinking, well known with regulation from BI, OJK, etc.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly motivated.
  • Good computer literacy (minimum Microsoft Office).
  • Able to work well in a team, under pressure and tight reporting deadline.
  • Placement for Surabaya Branch.
  • Preferable candidates in the same domicile.
