Job Description :
- Processing customer transactions in accordance with SOP.
- Executing export/import transaction.
- Implement export/import strategy in accordance to corporate strategy.
- Prioritize customer's satisfaction by providing good service.
- Handling transaction of priority customer/transaction for service excellent.
- Daily transaction completed accurately.
- Updating customer's data or information by input the changes into banking systems.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Having an experience in Banking Industry at least 2 years in the same position / Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Having a good knowledge in Credit Export & Import and Frontliner.
- Have good analytical thinking, well known with regulation from BI, OJK, etc.
- Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly motivated.
- Good computer literacy (minimum Microsoft Office).
- Able to work well in a team, under pressure and tight reporting deadline.
- Placement for Surabaya Branch.
- Preferable candidates in the same domicile.
